Your usage in one unit: Capacity

Instead of separate limits for text, images and other features, you have one shared budget: Capacity. This page shows how it is made up and what it means for your contract.

One budget for everything you create

Your usage is measured in one unit: Credits. Everything you create with neuroflash draws on the same budget: text, images, research, Digital Twin answers and use via API and MCP.

What an action costs

Consumption depends on how much is generated and on the model you choose. With the reference model GPT-4.1 mini, 1 Credit equals one output token. Every other model has its own factor, for example:

What an image costs

Each image costs a fixed amount of Credits per quality tier, regardless of the prompt.

The exact values per model are listed in the Model Factors annex. There is no separate daily cap on images, with one exception: former plans with unlimited use keep the maximum of 100 images per day where their contract version already contained this cap.

What does that mean day to day?

As a rough guide, this is what the daily budget of a Pro plan with 250,000 Credits per user covers, each as an alternative:

A rough guide, not a fixed promise: how far your budget goes depends on your usage, on the length of your texts, how often you revise and which models you choose.

What stays guaranteed, by contract type

Your contract does not change as a result of the switch. The scope of services you had until now is preserved as a guaranteed minimum entitlement. You can see your contract type in your account under Profile › Workspace › Usage. The link in the consent dialog takes you straight to the right section.

Former plans with unlimited use

Applies to plans that were sold as “unlimited”: Standard (€50), Pro (€80), Power, Power (higher), Power (VIP), Premium, Starter without suffix, and Business and Enterprise in their earlier versions.

Guaranteed are at least 3,000,000 words of text output and 1,000 basic-tier images per billing period, with a maximum of 100 images per day. The budget is available to you as a monthly budget without a daily reset. Your account shows it as about 8.5 million Credits per billing period; the commitment in words and images remains decisive. If the version of the Terms incorporated into your contract provided for higher values or no daily cap, this applies automatically, without you having to contact us: 2,000 images per billing period for contracts from 22 February 2024 to 7 January 2025, and no daily cap for contracts concluded before 17 March 2025.

Older plans with a fixed allowance

Applies to plans with an express word allowance, for example Lite, Basic and Power (lower). Guaranteed is at least your previous allowance in words and images per billing period, for Lite for example 15,000 words and 15 images. There is no daily cap on images. The values per plan are listed in the Legacy Credit Floor annex.

Essential and Pro, concluded since May 2026

Guaranteed is at least what your service description promised when you signed up: a daily capacity of 25,000 Credits per day with Essential and 250,000 Credits per day per user with Pro. Where your service description states daily quantities per content type, meaning audience queries, blog articles, social media posts and images, you keep them as separate daily quantities. You can use them alongside each other.

There is no separate daily cap on images. With Pro, for example, 100 basic-tier images per day are guaranteed, in addition to the other daily quantities.

Contracts from 15 September 2026

New contracts get the daily budget from the plan table in the Terms: 25,000 Credits per day with Essential, 250,000 Credits per day per user with Pro, and with Enterprise as agreed.

Always in view, and what happens at the limit

You can see your current usage at any time in your account under Profile › Workspace › Usage. We let you know before your budget runs out.

Once the budget is used up, usage pauses until the next period begins. Quality is not reduced and nothing is throttled. For plans with a daily budget, the next period starts the following day at 00:00 UTC. For plans with a budget per billing period, it starts with the next billing period.

Exception: if your contract is still based on the previous English-language version of the Terms, usage does not pause. Instead you keep using the basic-tier models until the next billing period, until you agree to the updated Terms.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a price increase?

No. Your plan and your price stay the same, and your contract does not change as a result of the switch. We are only standardising how your usage is measured.

Does my input count, meaning prompts, context and uploads?

No. Only what neuroflash generates for you counts.

Why do some models use more?

The Credit price is set individually for each model and reflects the effort involved. You can see which model you are using and choose freely.

Do I need to do anything?

Not for the switch in measurement. At the next login we ask owners and admins to agree to the updated Terms and the Fair Use Policy. Without consent, your existing terms continue to apply unchanged.
