For your first few pitches we recommend running a parallel study, the same concepts once against the Twins and once in a real test setup. Can we train custom audiences for our clients’ target groups?

Yes. On the Pro plan you define custom audiences using demographic and psychographic parameters (age, occupation, income, interests, values). More than 20 standard segments are available out of the box (online shoppers, B2B decision-makers, Gen Z, and more). For niche audiences such as specific industry buyers, the Enterprise plan lets us train custom Twins directly on your client’s first-party data, provided there’s a sufficiently representative dataset.

How does pricing work across multiple client projects?

The Pro plan (€84/user/month) gives you a central agency setup with around 100 audience inquiries per user per day, enough to run pitches for several clients in parallel. For higher volume or custom audiences, Enterprise with tailored quotas is the right fit. You can pass the cost on transparently as a research line item, per test, per project, or as a flat fee. Enterprise also adds white-label reports with no neuroflash branding for client pitches.

What happens to our clients’ data? Is it GDPR compliant?

Made in Germany, headquartered in Hamburg, with 100% of data processing in Germany. GDPR-native, EU AI Act compliant, ISO 27001 certified. Client data and tested concepts are never used for training. Role-based access control per project, full audit logging. On Enterprise: a custom DPA with each client, a dedicated server, and SSO. The underlying Twin profiles are anonymized survey data, so there’s no PII risk for your clients.
