I got inspired by the big idea behind Neuro Flash; hence I invited CEO Jonathan Mall to my podcast. We explore the big problem in the market to make meaningful connections with those we aim to serve. We also discuss how technology can be used to not only create short-term impact, but more importantly help companies build the foundation for the long-run. Last but not least we discuss what it takes to be remarkable at what you do as a company.

The thing that triggered me most from my interview with Jonathan

‘We don’t need to ask people anymore about what they think. We can all use the machines to predict what people think. That’s really the opportunity.’

Why did this trigger me? What’s the bigger value here?

It’s the realization that we, and with that I mean 99% of us in our private and business lives, don’t fully comprehend the value technology can give us. We spend a lot of time optimizing the things we do – the things we’ve been doing for decades. Often we get afraid we’ll be automated out of a job – so we become protective. This stops us from making progress. We never seem to step back and think ‘How can we blend technology and people in a way to make a big leap in how we can deliver value. That’s what this is about. That’s the real opportunity.

What’s the more significant question/opportunity that raises?

Marketers around the world have enough tools to create awareness. We have enough tools to reach more people more often. But that’s not what we need, and possibly more important: that’s not what our customers need.
What we need is an ability to make a connection, new ways to resonate. Just imagine how this could change your relationship with your ideal customers. Imagine what impact this could have on your ability to set yourselves apart, and your ability to create value – and with that obtain value?

And that’s where NEURO FLASH comes in.
What’s remarkable about their approach is that they give potentially every marketer on this planet the capability, expertise and skills to, as Jonathan puts it: ‘find the words that are ideally connected to all the associations you need to elicit in your consumer in order for them to do something, to buy a product or service, and to trust you.’
