What kind of photos should I upload for best results?

Upload at least 10 close-up photos of your face and 10 photos of your upper body (with arms). Use different angles, facial expressions, clothing, colors and backgrounds. The more variety, the better! Avoid pictures with sunglasses and makeup.

Are my photos safe? Will they be deleted?

We will not use your photos for any purpose other than creating avatars. All photos will be deleted from our system within 24 hours.

How similar are the avatars to the real me?

AI models need enough data to achieve high accuracy. For this reason, more diversity in your photos leads to better results and avatars that look like you. Be sure to follow the instructions on the upload page.

Can I upload pictures of minors?

No - this is against our terms of use. Please upload pictures of adults only.

Can I receive a bill?

Yes, you can receive a bill for your purchase. First, create a normal account at neuroflash and then visit your profile page. There you will find the bill.

What photo formats do you accept?

We support JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, but not AVIF or GIF.

How long will it take to receive my avatars?

It takes 2-3 hours.
